I think how dense you like your bread is really a matter of personal preference (I think people have gotten used to light and fluffy sandwich bread), so if I were you I&#039;d definitely give the bread a try without the vital wheat gluten. I&#039;d love to hear how your bread turns out!</description>

Have you tried making it without? The bread I bought is wonderful, but I agree it&#039;s best toasted! It&#039;s very dense but not in a bad way. I&#039;m looking forward to trying this recipe sans the vital wheat gluten. We&#039;ll see how it works out!</description>
